Eirik has extensive experience in real estate and construction law, and primarily advises on the development, transactions and management of residential and commercial properties. He also assists in disputes before the ordinary courts, in valuation and expropriation proceedings and in arbitration.

 

In addition, Eirik has long-standing experience as a board member, managing director and property manager in the real estate sector, and currently holds several active board positions in the industry.

 

Eirik is recognised for his legal expertise and in‑depth industry knowledge, and has on several occasions been ranked as “up & coming” in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and in the international legal directory The Legal 500.
