Background:

Endre Storløkken is a partner in SGB, and works mainly with franchise and company law.

 

 

He has worked as a lawyer since 1986 with a focus on business legal practice, procedure and board positions.

 

 

From 1990, he has specialized in vertical forms of collaboration and distribution/retail.

In this connection, he has assisted many of the largest Norwegian franchise chains and self-owned franchises with e.g. establishment of franchise, combination forms of franchise and own-owned business and conversion processes between different forms of distribution.

He is the only Norwegian representative in Euro Franchise Lawyers (EFL), and is listed in The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers (Who's Who Legal) within franchising. For several years - most recently in the selection in 2021 - Endre has been ranked as one of the country's best lawyers in Finansavisen's annual lawyer selection within the category Retail.
