Background:

Karl Jakob Kammler is a Senior Associate at SGB, affiliated with the firm’s Real Estate Department. He primarily works with property transfer disputes, recourse claims, and applications for interim measures.
 

He previously led the litigation team at Crawford & Company’s Norwegian home buyer insurance division. In that role, he conducted a substantial number of cases before courts throughout Norway. His in-depth understanding of the operation of home buyer and seller insurance schemes also contributes to resolving disputes amicably.
 

Kammler has developed expertise in the Norwegian property sales law, surveyor liability, and litigation, and provides both ongoing legal advice and dispute resolution service.​
