Background:

Marthe Sacco Rågli is a partner and attorney-at-law at SGB and is affiliated with the firm’s Employment and Real Estate departments. 

​

Marthe primarily works with employment law and consumer construction law and has solid and extensive experience assisting both private individuals and commercial clients within these areas. She also advises on and handles disputes related to the purchase and sale of contractor services, new-build and existing real estate, as well as insurance law and assistance in connection with insurance claim settlements.

 

Marthe regularly litigates cases before the courts and participates in negotiations and court-annexed mediations.
