He has specialized expertise in M&A, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.

 

John has led and assisted in a significant number of major restructurings and transactions, cross-border acquisitions, business transfers, and other equity transactions.

 

John also has extensive experience with commercial real estate and real estate companies. He has in-depth knowledge of corporate law and assists clients with a wide range of corporate legal matters, from board issues to company financing.
