Background:

Jon Søland is a partner in SGB. He has extensive experience in real estate, construction, property development and public procurement, as well as operating at the intersection between private interests and public administration.

He has particularly worked with acquisitions of, and dispute handling related to, construction and property regulation and development, as well as disputes related to the purchase and sale of property.

He is a widely used speaker on innovation and environmental measures in public procurement and how the public sector can communicate with the supplier market to obtain optimal purchases.
