Karl-Anders Grønland

Background:

Karl-Anders Grønland is partner in SGB.

​

He mainly works with company law issues, and in his time was secretary of the Norwegian Companies Act Committee, which gave its recommendation for a new Swedish Companies Act in NOU 1996:3.

Grønland has written several legal books and publications in legal and financial journals.
