Background:

Morten Fjermeros is partner and lawyer at SGB.

 

He has extensive experience in the fields of tax law (including power plant taxation, property tax, VAT and excise duties) and company law. 

Morten regularly assists in dispute cases within these areas, including tax appeals. He has litigated a large number of cases before the courts, including seven tax cases before the Supreme Court.
 

Morten also works with the planning of transactions, merger, demerger and succession plan, including the preparation of agreements, company documentation, shareholder agreements and deeds of gift, etc.
Morten has been appointed as a member of the Tax Appeals Board.
