Background:

Pernille primarily provides advisory services and dispute resolution within inheritance, probate, and family law. 

​

She possesses solid expertise in probate law, where she assists with inheritance settlements and financial settlements between cohabitants and spouses.

 

In addition, she provides assistance with estate planning and the drafting of prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, wills, deeds of gift, powers of attorney, and related documents.

 

Pernille is part of our team working on public administration of estates, where she works for Attorney Gitte Lundh, who has been appointed as public estate administrator by the Oslo District Court.

 

Furthermore, she has expertise in employment law, with experience handling a broad range of employment-related matters.

 

Her assistance includes cases concerning termination of employment, negotiations, downsizing, working hours, and more.​
