Sofie Lemona

Background:

​

Sofie Lemona is an associate partner at SGB. She specializes in inheritance law, estate settlement, and financial family law. 

​

She has extensive experience in handling estate settlements, often serving as the joint attorney for all heirs. A significant portion of her work also involves conducting public estate settlements, working for attorney Gitte Marie Lundh Bjurling, who is a court-appointed administrator at Oslo District Court.

Sofie regularly litigates in court, handling legal disputes in estate settlements, as well as other related legal areas.

She also assists with estate planning, drafting wills, gift deeds, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, enduring powers of attorney, and providing advice on generational transfers (premature inheritance settlements).

Additionally, Sofie has broad expertise in family law, monetary claims, enforcement of judgments, landlord-tenant law, and cases related to eviction requests and forced sales, among others.​
